Salary: $ 120,700-$174,300

Your Challenge:
- Develops and manages comprehensive program plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (20%)
- Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. (20%)
- Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%)
- Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. (20%)
- Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. (20%)
What You Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
- Fosters a collaborative work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Possesses project management, negotiation, transaction structuring internal transaction, and strategic planning skills
Minimum Education Requirements:
- A university degree in Engineering
- PMP desired
