Role Description
This is a full-time Personal Injury Case Coordinator position in our Sacramento office. A Case Coordinator in our law firm handles personal injury pre-litigation cases under the supervision of an attorney. Duties include gathering information to support cases, drafting correspondence, interacting with insurance adjusters, putting together demand packages, and acting as primary client contact.
Qualifications
- Two or more years managing personal injury cases. Must be proficient in case management and familiarity with the progression of case files
- Two or more years of demand writing experience and extensive medical records review experience.
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening, verbal and written communication, and effective collaboration abilities
- Understanding of the insurance industry and processes, including claims and settlements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a high degree of professional ethics
Compensation is based on experience.
