The Opportunity
Shift Leaders are responsible for leading the restaurant team during assigned shifts and making sure the restaurant is ready to deliver a great guest experience. You will coach team members, manage shift execution, solve problems in real time, and help protect sales, service, quality, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the team through the shift and assign people where they are needed most.
- Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment.
- Coach team members in the moment and reinforce performance expectations.
- Execute Burger King operating standards and the shift plan.
- Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
- Support inventory management, product receiving, and restaurant readiness.
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Complete required shift documentation and communicate important information to the management team.
- Support opening, closing, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.

- The shift runs smoothly, with the team positioned effectively.
- Guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained.

What We're Looking For
Required
- At least 18 years old.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems during busy shifts.
- Dependability and willingness to lead by example.
- Commitment to guest service, safety, and operating standards.
Preferred
- Previous restaurant, retail, or fast-paced service experience.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
