Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately
- Support cooking processes by helping chefs during meal service and ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food handling tasks responsibly, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
