Trained abilities
Be able to lead a friendly, fun, clean, and fast shift.
Be proficient at all positions in the store. This includes opening, closing, and being able to work each position during a rush.
Complete Manager Operations training.
Understand and live all of our culture.
Daily responsibilities
Fill out, and complete all of our systems and checklists.
Coach and train our front of house staff.
Keep the front of house clean and organized.
Complete management tasks which include: cash handling, scheduling, staff discipline, and covering shifts.
Hold initial interviews and/or sit in on interviews.
Make the weekly staff schedule.
Take ownership of all cash control procedures.
Miscellaneous
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
Have a flexible schedule and open availability, or near open availability.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work on their feet for the entire shift.
Have reliable transportation.
