Talent Coordinator (Influencer)

As a Talent Coordinator, you won’t just be executing tasks — you’ll be building the future of talent management alongside one of the most forward-thinking teams in the space.

You’ll work directly with our talent managers to support day-to-day client operations, brand partnerships, and internal growth initiatives. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the day-to-day execution of talent campaigns including deal tracking, deadline management, and communications with brand partners
• Help manage inbound and outbound brand opportunities across a select group of clients
• Organize and maintain brand trackers, campaign documents, and reporting tools
• Draft pitch materials and help identify new business development opportunities
• Stay on top of digital trends and platform updates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
• Serve as a consistent and thoughtful point of contact for both creators and brand partners
• Work cross-functionally with internal team members to support broader company goals

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a creator-focused role at a brand, platform, or agency
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from both a creator and business perspective
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
• High degree of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
• Eager to grow within the company and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time
