UAS / SIGINT Instructor (Short-Term International Deployment)
OSS is seeking an experienced UAS / SIGINT Subject Matter Expert to support a short-term international Train-the-Trainer (T3) program focused on Group 2 VTOL UAS operations and field certification.
This project-based engagement supports the development and delivery of instructor-level training for military personnel in an international environment and helps establish long-term national training capability.
Total commitment is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, including curriculum preparation and in-country instruction.
Responsibilities
- Support curriculum refinement and development of instructional materials
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training
- Provide system operation and troubleshooting instruction
- Lead scenario-based mission exercises
- Evaluate instructor candidates through performance-based certification
- Participate in instructor certification boards
- Assist with field validation and operational advising
- Support After Action Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in UAS, ISR, or SIGINT operations
- Experience instructing technical systems or tactical operations
- Strong mission planning and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal communication and instructional ability
- Experience operating in expeditionary or international environments
- Ability to travel internationally for 4 to 8 weeks
- Prior military, SOF, intelligence, or cleared contractor experience is strongly preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Train-the-Trainer experience
- Familiarity with VTOL UAS platforms
- Experience with performance-based certification methods
- Background in adult learning or instructional design
- Experience supporting foreign military training programs

Compensation and Travel
This is a short-term professional services engagement.

Engagement Structure
- Approximately 2 to 4 weeks of remote curriculum and system familiarization
- Approximately 1 week TDY to a training facility
- Approximately 4 to 8 weeks of in-country instruction
- Defined scope with clear start and end dates
