Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you’ll wear many hats - supporting permitting, lead coordination, scheduling, dispatching, and general office operations. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between our customers, technicians, and sales teams.

What You’ll Do
- Handle permitting and paperwork for projects
- Coordinate and track incoming leads
- Schedule installations, inspections, and service calls
- Dispatch technicians and support them throughout the day
- Communicate with customers to confirm details and provide updates
- Keep office operations organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication
- Experience in permitting, scheduling, or dispatching is required
- Home services, construction, or related industry experience is highly preferred
- Comfortable with permitting and compliance tasks
