Key Responsibilities Include
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of field crop products in the assigned region, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retail clients.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about products, including quality, usage, and benefits to clients.
- Distribution Management: Oversee distribution networks, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed for inventory and records.
- Customer Support: Address farmer, dealer & distributor complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years experience in field crop, farming, or agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of the field crop market in Palwal and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
