Merschman Seeds seeks outstanding individuals to join the sales team for various territories across the Midwest. You would be responsible for the following:
- Building the brand awareness of Merschman Seeds in the area assigned marketing selling Merschman Soybeans, Wheat, and distributing America’s Alfalfa, both direct to farmers and through retail dealers
- Lead grower meetings
- Connect with the right customers to ultimately increase sales in your designated sales territory
- A minimum of three years of sales experience is required and being a Certified Crop Adviser is preferred.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record, good credit and be eligible to work in the United States.
