Cure Med Spa is an Elite Medical Spa on the CT shoreline seeking an individual who is well organized, positive, and an energetic professional. This candidate excels in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. While we are looking for someone with prior administrative experience, spa industry experience or beauty industry knowledge, we will consider any applicant with strong customer service skills. As a part of our team, you will be the first person to greet our clients, so making a good first impression is important. This candidate is proficient in computer skills and is a team player.
Part-time and full-time positions are available to the right candidates. We pride our medical spa on its advanced practices and patient experience. Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and checking them in for their treatments
- Verify payment methods and update client information
- Answering phones and explaining the treatments we offer
- Scheduling treatments
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
- Keep reception area clean and welcoming
- Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed
- Achieve team sales goals
- Learning all treatments we provide as well as product knowledge
Qualifications
- Computer proficiency and is a team player.
- Administrative or clerical experience a plus
- Customer service, organizational, and time management skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
