Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: 4-day workweek. 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for a 3-day workweek for those interested.
- Primary Care: Outpatient-only role with no obstetric, inpatient, or call responsibilities.
- Collaborative Environment: Practice in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model focused on evidence-based care, access, and strong coordination across disciplines.
- Strong Emphasis on Work-Life Balance: Average of 16 patients per day with a focus on quality care rather than RVU-driven productivity.
- Compensation: Competitive salary of up to 150,000 based on experience, with a retention bonus available.

- Licensure: Licensed or eligible for APRN licensure in the state of Vermont.
