Practice Setting

Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $330K-$500K (based on experience) productivity bonus
• $75K-$100K sign-on bonus $10K relocation
• 33 days PTO full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k match)
• $4,000 CME 5 CME days
