Urology Opportunity in Midland, Michigan
Step into an established urology practice where patient demand is already built in and volume is waiting. You'll have the opportunity to quickly grow a busy practice with strong clinical support, advanced surgical capabilities, and minimal local competition. This role offers the autonomy to shape your practice while maintaining a manageable call schedule and long-term earning potential.
Practice Overview
- You'll join a small but busy team with 1 full-time and 1 part-time urologist, supported by 5-6 APPs
- Walk into an established patient base with immediate procedural and clinic volume
- Broad scope including general urology, stones, torsion, and inpatient/outpatient procedures
- Access to robotic systems within a Level II trauma setting supporting a wide range of cases
Schedule
- Manageable 1:7 call rotation with a 30-minute response expectation
- APP support during weekdays to help reduce inpatient and clinical workload
- Balanced mix of clinic, OR time, and hospital-based care
- Flexibility to explore a Uro-Hospitalist model if aligned with your preferences
Compensation & Benefits
- 700K base salary offering strong income stability in a high-demand market
- 200K sign-on bonus structure
- 200 hours of PTO plus 3,000 annual CME allowance
- Full benefits including retirement plans and malpractice coverage with tail
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
- Comfortable with bread-and-butter urology and full-spectrum care
- Visa sponsorship available
