Practice Overview
- You'll join a growing dermatology team consisting of physicians and experienced advanced practice providers
- Practice mix is approximately 95% medical dermatology with opportunities to expand cosmetic services
- Physicians focus on higher-acuity cases while APPs help manage lower-complexity visits
- Efficient workflow with strong MA support and patient demand already booked out months in advance
Schedule
- Four-day workweek with flexibility for additional half-day scheduling if desired
- No call responsibilities, allowing for strong work-life balance
- High-volume outpatient practice with the ability to see 40-50 patients per day with support staff
- Established clinic operations and streamlined EMR system help maximize efficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary around 450,000 with additional collections-based earning potential
- Realistic income potential exceeding 1M annually through productivity and ancillary revenue opportunities
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available and negotiable

- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
