- Patient-Centered Model: See an average of 18 patients per day with strong MA support, open access scheduling, and on-site vaccination services
- Financial Security: Guaranteed base salary of $235,000 with a 3-year contract, student loan forgiveness eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and negotiable signing bonus
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (MD or DO)
- Open to new graduates, in-practice physicians, and IMGs
- Passion for caring for underserved communities with a collaborative, quality-focused approach
