Practice Overview
- You'll join an established interventional pain team with 5 full-time physicians, APP support, and a part-time spine surgeon
- High-volume procedural practice with in-office suites and an integrated ASC
- Perform a broad range of procedures with autonomy to choose your own practice and procedural mix (minimally invasive to advanced cases)
- Strong referral base from PCPs, orthopedics, neurology, and in-house primary care providers
Schedule
- Flexible schedule options: 4-day workweek (10-hour days) or 5-day workweek (8-hour days)
- Outpatient-only model with no call responsibilities
- Dedicated ASC day for each physician
- Established patient flow with 250-300 new referrals monthly
Compensation & Benefits
- Two-year contract with a guaranteed base year 1, tied to RVU production with top earners reaching ~800K
- Escalating RVU model with higher earning potential as production increases
- ASC ownership opportunity after 2 years - ancillary income from ownership is significant!

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management
- Comfortable performing interventional spine and pain procedures independently
- Interest in building procedural volume within an outpatient setting
