Practice Overview
- You'll join an established inpatient hospitalist service at a respected community hospital with broad specialty backup
- Work alongside hospitalist physicians and a team of experienced APPs (current daytime APP team in place)
- Closed ICU (no ICU management responsibilities)
- No procedures required; focus on rounding, care coordination, and assisting with admissions under physician supervision
Schedule
- 7-on / 7-off rotation (Tuesday-Monday)
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Typical volume up to 10 patients per shift
- Structured inpatient workflow using Cerner EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $127,500
- Bonuses: $10,000 quality bonus $2,500 retention bonus $10,000 sign-on bonus
- 175 annual shifts (about 25 weeks per year)
- Health/Dental/Vision, Simple IRA with 3% match after 1 year, plus reimbursement for licensure, DEA, and professional associations

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Hospitalist/inpatient experience preferred
