RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across our portfolio of vacation rental properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure homes remain in top condition.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding repairs and follow-up needs.
- Identify potential issues before they become larger problems and proactively recommend solutions.
- Assist with property inspections and emergency maintenance calls as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items as required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to take initiative.
- Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- General knowledge of home maintenance systems, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Must have access to and maintain a basic set of hand tools necessary to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours or weekend needs.
