The Role
 As a Lead Curator, you’re the quarterback of our on-site installation crew. You’ll lead by example, oversee flawless setups, and serve as the face of Curated Events while guiding your team to success. This is hands-on leadership at its best—driving, building, lifting, and curating the details that make luxury events come alive.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Mentor, train, and guide crews to deliver seamless installations.
• Be the Face: Represent Curated Events on job sites, delighting clients with solutions and confidence.
• Deliver Excellence: Safely load, transport, and set up our high-end rental inventory—always on time and in perfect condition.
• Master the Craft: Showcase your expertise in tenting, flooring, and luxury event setups.
• Set the Standard: Enforce top-tier safety, quality, and efficiency across every project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leader with on-site installation experience (tents, flooring, large-scale setups a plus).
• Strong, reliable, and driven—able to lift, carry, and work in all conditions.
• A mentor at heart who thrives on teamwork and helping others grow.
• Licensed driver with a clean record and confidence behind the wheel of company vehicles.
• Dependable, detail-obsessed, and ready to make an impact on every event.

Work Environment
 This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be in the field, leading your team through outdoor installations in all kinds of weather, with evenings and weekends when events demand. If you love variety, action, and being part of something bigger, this is the role for you.
