What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Staff Accountant position at Curate Partners?
Curate Partners is growing, and we’re looking to add an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to our finance
team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll work closely with our Financial Operations Manager and Payroll team, supporting the day-to-day accounting functions that keep our business running.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing/collections
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Assist with general ledger activity and transaction postings
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or near completion)
• 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome)
• Basic understanding of financial/accounting principles
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
