As a Digital Product Manager, you will be delivering digital web experiences for strategic, fast-growing businesses.
Your job responsibilities will be to:
- Act as a Product Owner for a Scrum team, driving the team to execute on the product roadmap
- Manage and prioritize backlog and ongoing inbound project requests from multiple business owners
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product, and operations to define and refine business requirements
- Lead end-to-end website launches, from requirements gathering to post-launch analysis including monitoring KPI performance
- Lead product update rollouts across experiences and manage customizations required by multiple stakeholders
- Support technical releases (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, redirects)
- Meet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launches
- Manage relationships with both your department leaders, business owners, IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs, and creative teams
- Interpret user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities, and create A/B tests that help solidify your thinking

Required Background and Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in corporate or agency setting with at least 1 year of agile product management experience, ideally in a highly regulated industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year of product management experience in a B2C and/or a regulated industry with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience with Agile / Scrum, defining stories, populating, and prioritizing backlogs with product tools (JIRA or Rally)
- Experience with the Adobe stack (AEM, Target, Analytics)
- Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization
Salary : $55 - $65
