What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Curate Partners?
Business Analyst-
*Must be able to commute onsite to Boston, MA at least 3x/week
An ideal candidate would be able to:
- Work with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather requirements - work through backlogs/new processes. Provide additional support to the 2 Senior BAs on the team.
- MUST be strong with business facing -- business liaison, not doing build
- Will not be doing heavy mapping - focus is on presenting what the requirements are, being the connective tissue, SLAs
- Strong FinServ knowledge - fund accounting, NAV, capital account statements, investment accounting preferred
- Must bridge business and data architecture teams
- BA focus (less technical), ability to present requirements clearly across cross-functional teams
- Project includes API and Snowflake integration for client data and document entitlements
Pure contract right now - potential for conversion depends on 2026 budgets
