Job Summary
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that goods are stored, picked, packed, and shipped with precision and efficiency. You will be part of a dynamic team that values hard work, dedication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Store products in designated areas according to warehouse procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in an accurate and timely manner.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
