What are the responsibilities and job description for the Value Based Medicine | Primary Care NP/PA | Rhode Island position at Curare Physician Recruiting?
Our client, a value-based Preventative Medicine clinic, is looking for an APP to join their growing team in Rhode Island. If you are looking to focus on the quality of care vs. the volume of patients seen, keep reading. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.
Experience with Geriatric Care.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of NP / PA experience.
Strong interest in practicing value-based healthcare is ideal, experience a plus.
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR.
Salary range: negotiable base salary based on experience, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range.
