Brand new clinic in Colorado Springs is seeking a fellowship trained Interventional Pain physician with the ability to do advanced Interventional procedures and their own stim implants.. The group recently opened a new surgery center and the incoming physician will have the opportunity for a large buy-in to the ASC. Single Specialty Group, Outpatient only.
Collections-based production incentives.
Opportunity to buy in to the surgical centers for additional income.

Flexible base salary negotiated around physician's needs.
50% of gross collections, paid monthly.
Surgery Center Ownership: 20% in initial center 20% in each additional Colorado surgery center opened with up to 40% total ownership.
Fully ramped centers generating $4M annually, 100% distributed monthly.
Total compensation: Conservative estimate: $1.5M between professional fees and distributions.
