Curantis Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep domain expertise in hospice and palliative care billing and revenue cycle management (RCM). This role owns the strategy and execution of Curantis’ financial, billing, AR, and month-end capabilities—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial performance for hospice and palliative provider organizations.
Essential Functions
- Lead product strategy for hospice & palliative billing, AR, month-end financials, and claims workflows
- Translate CMS, Medicaid, and other related requirements into clear product requirements
- Own capabilities across 837 claim generation, ERA/835 posting, denials workflows, Room & Board, eligibility, benefit periods, and Part B palliative billing
- Partner with engineering to define and deliver billing logic, validations, financial calculations, and revenue rules
- Collaborate with hospice billers, CFOs, RCM teams, and agency administrators to gather insights and convert them into actionable product initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting that support DSO improvement, denial reduction, and clean-claim performance
- Support clearinghouse integrations and payer rulesets.
- Drive roadmap planning, ideation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with UX on workflow design
- Evaluate success through billing accuracy, claim acceptance rates, AR performance, and customer outcomes.
- Understand and align product direction with company revenue goals
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in the hospice and palliative care space
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps
- Drive on-time delivery of features
- Track and present metrics around product use, quality and status
Work Experience
- More than 3 years’ experience as Product Manager
- Experience with agile development practices and working with development teams on a daily basis
- Background in hospice and palliative billing/RCM strongly preferred
- Experience building financial or clinical workflows in healthcare software
