We are seeking a professional and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced software development company in Addison, TX. The Office Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the corporate office, provides administrative support to the CEO and executive team, assists the accounting team, and coordinates trade show logistics with the sales team.
Essential Functions- Oversee daily operations of the corporate office:
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Serve as primary point of contact for facility related needs
Serve as primary point of contact for office-related equipment needs (excluding technology such as laptops)
Pick up mail and distribute to recipients
Manage relationships with external vendors providing services to the office
- Serve as an exemplary representative of the company to internal and external contacts by embodying the company’s core values
- Schedule meetings for the CEO and other executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and employees
- Develop digital presentations using Powerpoint
- Provide other administrative support to the CEO and executive team as needed.
- Send contracts and agreements via DocuSign
- Assist sales team with logistics for conferences and industry events
- Manage mailings/shipments needed by corporate office and sales team
- Assist the accounting team by processing expense reports following the corporate policy
- Maintain confidentiality of information, projects and tasks discussed with CEO and executive team members at all times
- Work 4 days per week in the corporate office in Addison, Texas
Minimum of 3 years experience in office management, administrative support or similar role
EducationBachelor’s degree preferred
