Senior Legal Recruiter
Location: Remote
Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Commission: 40% - 55% tiered commission
The Opportunity
Cura Search is partnering with a leading national legal search firm to hire an experienced Senior Legal Recruiter.
The firm works with top international AmLaw 200 firms, regional firms, premier boutiques, and corporate legal departments nationwide. Their search capabilities span associate, partner, group, contract, and legal support placements.
This opportunity is focused primarily on permanent attorney placement with leading law firms nationwide.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and place attorneys with leading law firms nationwide
- Source and develop relationships with high-caliber legal candidates
- Manage client relationships throughout active searches
- Develop a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates
- Conduct outbound recruiting and cold calling
- Manage searches from initial intake through placement
- Establish and work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals
- Build long-term relationships with attorneys and law firm clients
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of legal staffing or legal recruiting experience
- 5 years of staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of $500K in annual billings
- Experience recruiting attorneys for permanent placement
- Strong sourcing, networking, and cold-calling skills
- Established understanding of the legal recruiting market
- Ability to independently manage searches and candidate relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a highly autonomous remote environment
Compensation & Culture
The position offers a $60,000 - $80,000 base salary plus a 40% - 55% tiered commission structure, creating significant earning potential for established producers.
