Senior Account Executive, SAP Staffing

The Opportunity
Cura Search is partnering with a specialized staffing firm to hire a Senior Account Executive focused on SAP staffing and professional services.
This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP staffing sales professional to own and grow a book of business across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement.
You'll work with end clients, systems integrators, consulting firms, and SAP partners supporting S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, and other enterprise SAP initiatives.
This is a true hunter farmer role, combining new client development with expansion of existing SAP accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop new SAP staffing and professional services clients
- Grow and expand existing SAP accounts
- Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions
- Build relationships with SAP Program Directors, CIOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and consulting partners
- Identify staffing needs around implementations, migrations, upgrades, rollouts, support, and AMS programs
- Understand client SAP environments, project roadmaps, hiring needs, and rate structures
- Partner closely with specialized SAP recruiters to qualify requirements and deliver talent
- Negotiate rates, margins, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial terms
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM
- Represent the firm within the SAP community and at industry events
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of IT staffing or professional services sales experience
- Proven experience selling within the SAP, ERP, or enterprise applications market
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue quotas
- Existing SAP client relationships or a strong network across end clients, systems integrators, or SAP consulting firms
- Experience selling contract staffing and permanent placement
- Working knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and major functional and technical skill sets
- Strong new business development and account management capabilities
- Experience negotiating bill rates, margins, and client agreements
- Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting S/4HANA transformation, conversion, RISE, or cloud initiatives is highly valued, as are existing relationships with enterprise SAP teams, major systems integrators, and specialized SAP consulting firms.
Experience working within a specialized IT staffing organization or active involvement in the SAP and ASUG communities is also a plus.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means consistently opening new SAP accounts while expanding existing relationships. You'll develop a healthy, forecastable pipeline, generate repeat business, and work closely with recruiting to deliver specialized SAP talent while maintaining strong margins.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
