Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize requests/facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections.
- Fabricate or repair parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
