As a Nursing Home/Assisted Living Corporate Biller, you will help maintain the financial processes that support reimbursement and account follow-through for senior care services. This role is focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and coordination, with close partnership across facility teams to keep documentation and billing workflows moving effectively.
Responsibilities- Manage billing processes for nursing home and assisted living accounts.
- Review claims for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with facility teams to gather documentation for reimbursement.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid balances.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer billing requirements.
- Accounting experience.
- Educational background in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft systems.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Prior billing experience is a plus.
- Experience coordinating with facility teams, insurance or payer contacts, residents' families, and internal finance staff is a plus.
