What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning of Resident rooms, restrooms, public areas, and non-public spaces to ensure a spotless environment.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with management to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional service by responding to Resident requests with a positive attitude and timely action.
• Conduct inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and Residents.

Basic qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Experience in cleaning Assisted Living or long term care facilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have availability daytime hours M, Tu, Th, F. With an occasional shifts available on Wednesdays. Shifts are 6 hours. Some flexibility in start time and end time.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be reliable.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous assisted living, hotel or environmental service experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is beneficial.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
