Cunningham-Limp is seeking an Office Team Administrator in our Lower Northwest Michigan office to support our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

  • Office Operations: Serve as the primary administrative resource for the lower Northwest Michigan office, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, email review and organization, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Contract Administration: Assist in preparing, formatting, proofreading, tracking, and maintaining contracts, amendments, subcontracts, contract excerpts, legal documents, and other business agreements.
  • Project Coordination: Support Project Managers and Superintendents by maintaining project documentation, organizing project files, coordinating permits, and tracking project-related correspondence.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and confidential company records.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and coordinate office events and team functions.
  • Office Management: Coordinate office supplies, equipment, incoming/outgoing mail, and facility-related administrative needs.
  • Technology & Systems: Utilize Microsoft Office and company software to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and maintain accurate databases.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects and administrative initiatives remain on schedule.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support across departments as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within construction, commercial real estate, legal, finance, or professional services.
  • Experience with contract administration or legal document preparation is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
