What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal research to support business operations
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance across multiple companies and entities
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external attorneys and law firms
- Oversee legal projects from start to finish
- Identify legal risks and implement preventive solutions
- Support legal filings, court matters, and documentation when needed
- Maintain organized legal records and documentation
- Clearly communicate legal insights to executives.
- Strong background in legal research, contracts, and compliance
- Experience working with attorneys or law firms
- Ability to manage multiple legal projects independently
- Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex legal topics
- Business-oriented mindset (not just theory — practical application)
