Our boutique firm, known for its personalized approach and strong camaraderie, is currently in search of a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with five to eight years of experience. Located in the vibrant Orange County airport area, we pride ourselves in a rich heritage that attracts clients beyond the typical scope of an intimate firm.
As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leasing , financing options, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements. Tasks may include some real estate disputes.
Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models area a plus. Experience in Real Estate transactions, title review, real estate finance, or work outs is also beneficial.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Leases and Due Diligence
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Familiarity with title review
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
