In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) : By reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard, you'll help maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Your compliance with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations will ensure the workplace remains secure and efficient.
- Quality Assurance : Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures, you'll perform quality checks on system planning parameters. Your actions will support the Plan for Every Part (PFEP), ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Supply and Demand Analysis : Conducting supply and demand analysis will highlight areas of concern for the next 12 months. Your insights will help the team anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
- Research and Reporting : Assisting others in gathering and compiling information through primary and secondary research, you'll contribute valuable data for decision-making. Running planning parameter setting changes in the simulation environment will allow you to analyze impacts on KPIs and provide detailed reports.
- Inventory Management : Monitoring signals indicating abnormal demand and/or stock levels, you'll feed the supply schedule and make necessary adjustments to planning parameter settings. Your efforts will ensure inventory aligns with the aggregate demand plan.
- Forecast Adjustments : Entering approved forecast adjustments at the detail level, you'll align with the aggregate demand plan. Taking ownership of the disaggregate demand plan, supply plan, and inventory plan will support end customer needs effectively.
- Core Competencies : Demonstrating proficiency in core competencies, you'll remain flexible and perform miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals. Your adaptability will be key to achieving success in various tasks.

- Plan for Every Part (PFEP) : Apply PFEP principles in planning, designing, and managing systems and processes to ensure the delivery of the right part at the right time in the right quantity to the right place. Focus on the relationships between master data management, materials planning parameters, engineered material flows, transport management, and warehouse management.
- Inventory Management and Optimization : Use analytics and algorithms to determine the optimal level of inventory investment across the end-to-end supply chain within specific constraints. Provide guidance on planning parameter refinement and develop inventory strategies that support the overall strategy.
- Materials KPI Management : Operate in relation to recent or historical outputs compared to organizational expectations to drive improvement. Assess gaps in supply chain performance, interpret KPIs to understand end-customer impact, and strategically balance trade-offs to influence KPIs while minimizing negative impacts.
- Network Master Supply Planning : Use statistical analysis and collaborate with other disciplines to provide a long-term view of customer demand. Ensure the supply plan aligns with the demand plan, balancing supply and demand to achieve financial and service objectives while stabilizing and optimizing the supply chain.
- Valuing Differences : Recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to the organization. Embrace diversity to foster a more inclusive and innovative work environment.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
