- Drive Predictive Reliability: Leverage manufacturing prognostics, advanced analytics, and real-time equipment data to anticipate failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational performance.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Manage capital and operational projects by balancing scope, schedule, and resources to deliver measurable business results and sustainable improvements.
- Optimize Maintenance Performance: Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies using equipment data and maintenance records to improve reliability, efficiency, and productivity.

- Develop High-Performing Teams: Build a strong maintenance culture through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, apprenticeship development, recognition, accountability, and employee ownership.
- Deliver Business Results: Manage maintenance AOPs, budgets, KPIs, resources, and customer agreements to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Lead Capital Improvement Initiatives: Oversee capital projects from planning through execution, ensuring investments support long-term reliability, capacity, and business growth objectives.
- Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to resolve challenges, align priorities, and drive site-wide success.

- Lead people development and culture through coaching, succession planning, apprenticeship development, recognition, accountability, and ownership.
- Manage Maintenance AOP, budget, KPIs, resources, customer agreements, and capital improvement projects to achieve site business objectives.
- Represent Maintenance across the site and broader organization, driving cross-functional collaboration, benchmarking, standardization, and continuous improvement .
- This role is 100% onsite
- This role manages approximately 15 to 20 hourly team members across three shifts
