Information Technology System Analyst & Developer

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc., is seeking qualified applicants for our Information Technology System Analyst & Developer position based in Avon, Indiana.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the IS Directors, the IT System Analyst & Developer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing high-quality IT systems while providing proactive technical support to all users. This professional identifies complex system issues, manages technical project lifecycles, and maintains the daily functionality of essential business hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation & Deployment: Develop and optimize the automation of laptop deployments and reimaging processes. Develop custom Microsoft Intune applications automations to streamline device management.
• Custom Software Development: Design, customize, and maintain a suite of internal tools, including:
• Staff self-service applications.
• Organization-wide print management and audit utilities.
• Server update and maintenance utilities.
• Healthcare Technology Integration: Development and customization of critical medical note integration software and offline electronic health records (EHR) noting applications.
  

Essential Functions

• Automate laptop deployment, reimaging, and device management using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide help desk support via phone and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, mobile devises and LAN.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory and cloud systems.
• Evaluate systems, gather requirements, and support implementation and testing of new solutions.
• Travel between locations to deliver on-site technical support and hardware deployment.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical issues and work with staff to resolve them. Demonstrated knowledge of information systems, including the ability to perform necessary analysis and technical functions. Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively support users, document processes, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• or equivalent combination of Education and 2-4 years of relevant IT experience
