Essential Functions
- Transport consumers to and from treatment programs and services
- Provide courteous, respectful customer service to consumers and staff
- Follow established routes and schedules while exercising sound, independent judgment
- Use basic computer systems to document transportation activity as needed
- Adhere to written protocols and safety standards
- Monday through Friday only (no weekends)
- Hours typically fall between 7:30 a.m. and approximately 7:30 p.m.
- Daily routes and schedules are planned in advance
- No overnight shifts
- $18.00 per hour
- Opportunities for wage increases based on performance and tenure

- Valid Indiana driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Must be eligible to obtain an Indiana For‑Hire endorsement (NOT a CDL)
- Ability to maintain required licensure once obtained
- Previous driving or human services experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols
- Strong judgment and decision‑making skills
- Basic computer skills
- Professional, calm, and respectful communication style
