About the Job: You will support the leasing department and develop the skills necessary to become a successful leasing officer. These include:
- Creating and fostering new client and brokerage relationships
- Negotiating leases
- Developing sales leads, cold calls, and referral opportunities
About You: This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for a person with:
- An undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a closely related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A highly professional demeanor, both on the telephone and in person
- A verifiable history of personal accomplishment
- Proven ability to drive demanding challenges to optimal conclusions
- A commitment to team goals and orientations
Experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but NOT required.

The annual base salary range is $50,000 - $80,000, plus unlimited performance-based bonuses.
