What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Cummings Properties?
Primary responsibilities:
· Daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways and restrooms
· Basic building maintenance and repairs, such as light painting and changing light bulbs
· Basic landscape maintenance of outside areas, as needed
Required qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail
· Dependability
· Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English

The hourly rate range is $21 - $25, based on experience.
