T47 International is seeking dependable and motivated Custodians to support operations at the Natick Soldier Systems Center in Natick, Massachusetts. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional facilities, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial services in offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies, and empty trash receptacles.
- Maintain break rooms, hallways, entrances, and other shared spaces.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Safely operate standard custodial equipment and use cleaning products in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow all site safety and security requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required installation access credentials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
