Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role manages print projects from order entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage projects from order entry through production and delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Prepress, Production, Bindery, Shipping)
- Communicate proactively with clients on job status, proofs, and timelines
- Review job specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Maintain detailed and accurate job records
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in printing, publishing, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with print production processes
- Experience with job management systems
