What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Construction Project Delivery position at Cummings Electrical?
The incumbent provides management of all aspects of one or more construction projects at any time. Elements of successful project management include maintenance of positive relationships, professional and timely processing of invoices, upholding standards of safety and quality, effective time management, and budget control. This position works with the Construction Project Superintendent and Engineer, among others, to successfully complete all projects on time. This position is not responsible for providing direct patient care.

- Manages revenue to budget to maximize potential revenue.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, a related field, or the equivalency.
- Four (4) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
- Depending upon department of hire, a valid, State of Utah Driver's License may be required.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Hospital construction experience.
