Tree Care & Landscaping Professional
- Locations: Carlisle, Chambersburg, Gettysburg, PA & Hagerstown, MD (Servicing PA, MD & WV)
- Schedule: Full-time, Year-Round | Monday–Friday (No weekends or on-call emergencies!)
- Pay: $20.00 - $43.00/hour (based on experience)

We are a military-friendly, TCIA-accredited company (ranked in the national top 20) utilizing modern, mechanized equipment. Due to steady regional growth, we are looking for ambitious outdoor enthusiasts to join our team of Arborists, Urban Foresters, Pesticide Applicators, and Landscape Professionals.
Requirements
We are seeking dependable, coachable self-starters with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical and federal drug screening (Note: Strict D.O.T. regulations require testing for marijuana; medical marijuana cards are not recognized as an exemption).
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Bonus: Prior tree care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
