What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cottage Connect Treatment Counselor ? LMHP position at Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board?
CMCSB is seeking a center/community-based Licensed Preferred Counselor who will intervene as part of a treatment team serving children/adolescents on a day-to-day basis. Job responsibilities include providing symptom management through short term, resiliency support, community stabilization or mobile crisis services specifically focused on resolution of symptoms and implementation of behavior management. Specific services include clinical assessment, individual, group and or family counseling, skills building activities, participating in treatment teams, community meetings and developing treatment plans with possible 2-6 hours a month on the weekends serving individuals and families.
