Position Summary
Office staff serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role plays an essential part in maintaining a smooth and efficient clinic experience through scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and accurate recordkeeping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all patients and visitors cheerfully.
- Answer telephone, triage calls, and maintain records of exam.
- Schedule appointments and referrals to other providers.
- Register patients, help with the completion of necessary forms, and direct to the appropriate staff person, if needed.
- Complete encounter form upon arrival and checking (electronic and/or paper).
- Assist Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Assistants, and Office Manager as requested.
- Maintain neat, clean, and professional work area.
- Maintain established department policies.
- Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience preferred
- Skills necessary: keyboarding, oral and written communication
Schedule Requirements:
Full-time position, 5 days per week, 100% clinic-based, in person work required.
Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on the operational needs of the organization.
