- Track, prioritize, and resolve enterprise system incidents, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation to support a long-term knowledge base
- Manage service requests in the help desk system, including troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and providing consistent status updates to stakeholders
- Support end users to maximize system functionality, usability, and overall performance
- Monitor and maintain system security, including user access and authorization processes
- Document system changes, processes, and procedures; communicate updates effectively with users and vendors
- Perform system implementations, software evaluations, and unit testing, applying knowledge of the testing lifecycle
- Analyze workflows and data integrity issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions
- Design and implement workflows, develop custom reports, and test system enhancements in test environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design, develop, and support complex system solutions
- Assist with user training, facilitate meetings, and provide input on system improvements, reporting needs, and module enhancements
- Knowledge of data relationships, reporting tools, basic relational database skills, and organizational business practices
- Knowledge of the methods, procedures, and policies of Cumberland County as such pertains to the performance of the essential duties of the position; and principles and practices of managing an ERP System
- Skilled in use of popular and specialized computer-driven word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs; organizing workflow and coordinating activities
- Skilled with SQL language query, systems analysis and design skills
- Skilled in communication and presentation, initiative, and result-oriented personality
- Skilled with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze and define ERP requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environments
- Ability to develop, document and execute test plans of ERP solutions; and keep abreast of the functionality of the organization’s ERP services and systems
