We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive environment. What You’ll Do:Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience.Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service and contribute to client success.Monitor client feedback and share insights to improve processes and services.Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software.Who You Are:A great communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions with ease.A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is a plus—but not required.
